By accessing or using Creator Content OS ("the Service"), operated by Collegare Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Creator Content OS is a web-based content strategy platform that helps creators plan, analyze, and optimize their social media content. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others to retrieve publicly available content and performance data on your behalf.
You may create an account to access cloud sync features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
When you connect a third-party platform (such as Instagram or TikTok), you authorize Creator Content OS to access your public content data and analytics through that platform's official API. You may disconnect any platform at any time through the Settings page. We only access data that you explicitly authorize, and we do not post, modify, or delete any content on your behalf.
You retain full ownership of all content and data you create or import into Creator Content OS. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.
The Service includes AI-powered analysis and content generation features. AI-generated suggestions are provided as creative assistance only and should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the Service, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or exceeding reasonable usage limits.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Collegare Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
