Collegare Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates Creator Content OS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name.

Content Data: Content ideas, analyses, performance metrics, and strategy plans you create within the Service are stored in your account.

Third-Party Platform Data: When you connect a platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), we access and store:

Your public profile information (username, follower count)
Your public content metadata (post captions, timestamps, media type)
Engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves)

Usage Data: Basic usage analytics to improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

Provide and maintain the Service
Sync your content data across devices
Generate AI-powered content analysis and suggestions
Improve the Service

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. Your content data is only accessible by you.

We may share limited data with:

AI providers (Anthropic/OpenAI) — only the content you submit for AI analysis, processed through secure server-side API calls. No personal account data is shared.
Infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) — for hosting and database services, under their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring only you can access your data. API keys and OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser. All connections use HTTPS encryption.

6. Third-Party Platform Permissions

When connecting platforms, we request only the minimum permissions needed:

Instagram: Read profile info, read media list, read engagement insights
TikTok: Read basic profile info, read follower stats, read video list

We never post, edit, or delete content on your connected platforms. You can revoke access at any time through our Settings page or directly through the platform's settings.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by using the export/delete features in Settings. If you disconnect a platform, we stop syncing new data but retain previously synced data unless you request deletion. To request full account deletion, contact us at hello@collegarestudio.com.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service or email.
